Heartwood Haven rescued around 120 roosters from a cockfighting sting in Washington, USA. This rescue operation has been confirmed to be the biggest cockfighting rescue in the history of Washington state.

Sheriff’s deputies stumbled upon a suspected cockfighting pit at a property in Santa Cruz County. The officers also discovered around 200 roosters who were all mutilated.

The Norman Police Department were called to a property in Cedar Lane after a report that dogs were kept in a barn that caught on fire. The responding officers discovered a cockfighting pit, 77 roosters, and several cockfighting paraphernalia, leading them to arrest two individuals.
